Building Strength

When you're speaking with new people you'll sign-up twice as many good people if you are not trying to get them to give you a "yes." Better than that, you will build strength, cut your attrition and work less in the long run if you market by announcement and follow-up rather than selling and pressing for a "yes".

Of course the first thought in your mind might be "Come on, that's ridiculous, I want everyone to say yes."

Consider this for a moment, would you rather have ten people in a downline who want to build a business with all their heart or a hundred who may work when the weather is good and only if their favorite sitcom is not on TV? Ten good people with ten good people that enroll ten good people is a thousand good people in your downline. No it is not quite as simple as that but it starts with the enrollment process and good management on your part and very soon you will have leaders emerge in your downline.

All you want to do is get them excited about what you do and to picture themselves possibly doing it as well. You want people picture themselves receiving the benefits from using your product or service and especially the benefit from operating your business to provide what they want from life from the income they will earn. The only way you will know what benefit to talk to them about, is for you to ask good questions about what they want and then allow them to develop mental pictures in their minds receiving those benefits,

While you don't want to say it to anyone, you want to develop an attitude as if you already have the best people in the world working with you and you only have room for one or two more. But, your business will succeed with or without them. If you don't now have the best of the best in your downline, you soon will with that mind set.

One more thing, remember to relax and just have fun. " Success is only a numbers game. To win the game, talk to more people and select the best of the best applicants for your downline.
