Changing directions

This blog was neglected for a while due to other obligations.
From this date forward I will start publishing comments that
relate to the real estate - finance areas as I begun to develop
an interest in these niche markets. As a matter of fact my new
domain Consolidated Solutions will be heavily focused on those
areas - i.e real estate, cash flow, aggregated settlements, credit
repair and so on.

The other area of interest is mortgages, whereby a consumer
could accelerate his/her mortgage pay-off by using a few simple
techniques and by referring people to do the same. This will
actually be the focus of Mortgage Meltdown
a newly established company headed by Greg Nichols, a well
known real estate entrepreneur, renowned trainer of real estate
agents, and a publisher of several works in the finance - selling -
real estate fields.
