Every unseasoned networker wants to enroll at least one seasoned top gun. They can't wait until one or perhaps two of those supper successful networkers come along and join their downline. Time after time, we hear "Boy I wish I could get some people like" (They name off the top five producers in their program)"enrolled in my downline."

An inexperienced networker might hope to recruit a top producer from another company but it's unlikely. After all, heavy hitters are people who are making huge monthly incomes (that's why they call them heavy hitters, right?). I'd assume they like making huge monthly incomes and probably would not be too interested in walking away from it and starting over from scratch.

Here is what people new to the networking industry don't realize. The top 5 or 10 people in any company at one time were not network marketers. The sponsors who personally enrolled these top people did not do so by calling some heavy hitter list. They worked hard on opening the minds of people who they thought had a lot of potential. They had them consider network marketing, and today they are set for life.

Ironically, almost all top networkers claim to have once had a strong skepticism towards network marketing and at one time felt it was something they would never consider being involved in. Yet today, they are the richest, most successful network marketers in the industry - as are their upline sponsors.

Now let's look at the EASY WAY to enroll heavy hitters. That's marketing to the 265 Million who are not enrolled in any networking program. People who have Day Jobs and one or two adults working one or two full time occupations to support their family.
Turning your attention to the 265 Million in the US or to the Billions worldwide and using selective enrollment of a few that have personality traits of the Heavy Hitter could make any networker a fortune. Looking for the potential within the future heavy hitter is the key. Above all, a strong desire, then the ability to focus, dedication to their financial growth, a genuine caring for other people and finally their teach-ability.

The rest is simply training and helping them develop a networking organization by you developing a continuing business relationship and ongoing support with them. If you don't know how to do that, then get with a sponsor in a program that does know how. The fundamentals are simple but you might be surprised at how few networkers really understand them.

Remember Top Networkers are made they are not born. Hmm, 10,000 Un-recruited Heavy Hitters - And No One Is Calling Them - Excuse me while I reach for the phone.
