How To Double The Size Of Your Downline In 30 Days

This is a strategy that works for large or small downline organizations. You might have 10 - 20 - 50 - 100 or 150 people in your marketing group but it doesn't matter. Any size marketing group can be doubled in 30 days or even less.

Networking and building a marketing organization is not a complex or a difficult challenge and yet so many people feel overwhelmed. The tendency is to think you are all alone and you must do all the work yourself. This is especially true of people new to the industry and those coming from sales backgrounds. They don't understand the inherent leverage built into the networking business.

While people will work at different levels of intensity based on their desire and produce different results based on their current skill development, if you reduce a task to the lowest common denominator then every person in your marketing group can succeed in accomplishing that task.

More On That In A Minute But First Let's Set The Stage.

All of us enrolled in the Masters Program know we are accountable for enrolling a minimum of Eight people into our Affiliate Group. We also understand that each affiliate is placed in our Royalty Matrix PLUS all their affiliates are placed in our Royalty Matrix. All those people placed in your Royalty Matrix make up your downline.

The first strategy we teach each new Masters Program Lifetime Member is "The Rule Of Eight" Enroll Eight people and don't rest until they each have Eight enrolled. That is the only thing people must know to make the program work for them.

Once you have Eight Affiliates enrolled you have a seasoned Matrix. The System then creates a "B" Matrix for you and your workshop now feeds the new matrix. In your "A" Matrix there are people who are still working toward fulfilling their commitment to enroll their Eight people. Some of them below you may have their Eight and some might be brand new, some might have four or six as they work toward their Eight.
You or someone in your group may have more than eight, say ten or twelve in their affiliate group. This can bring up the average strength in your downline.

What does that have to do with doubling the size of your Downline in 30 days? Everything!

Does this strategy take the place of the Rule of Eight? NO!
It works within the Rule Of Eight. You will see how in a moment.

As a matter of fact, it doesn't matter how many affiliate you or any one of the people in the matrix below you have, this strategy works and doubles the size of the downline for every single person in your group.

The Strategy Is Not An Advertising Campaign Or A Recruiting Task, It Is A Management Campaign.

It is one of the best ways to teach management to your people and it builds downlines very fast. Best of all, everybody can do it in 30 days and it works every time you do it.

Here Is The Simple Task.
Remember, if you reduce a task to the lowest common denominator then every person in your marketing group can succeed in accomplishing that task.

The task is enrolling ONE new Member during the next 30 days. That's One enrollment for you and One enrollment by each person in your downline.

Example:
Let's say you have Eight Affiliates and they each have Eight Affiliates, that is 72 people in your matrix. If their Eight Affiliates had Eight that would be 512 and give you a Royalty Matrix of 584 people. Lets cut that "IF" down to less than 20% and say you have only 100 people in your Royalty Matrix.

You have 100 people and you want 200 people in 30 days. If you and each person enrolled just One New Person your Royalty Matrix would have 201. An increase of 101 new people.

This is a team commitment. Each person became a Masters Program Member because they wanted to be a professional networker and earn a professional's income. You have reduced the activity to the lowest performance level of enrolling just One person. Anyone can do that.

Setting Up The Strategy:
Remember the strategy is a management campaign not a recruiting task. The smaller the downline, the less detailed your system will be so let's stay with our example of a 100 person group.

Step 1

* First you contact each of your own affiliates.
"John, I'd like to double your downline in the next 30 days but I'll need your cooperation and participation." Get John's commitment to work with you.
* Second, have each of your affiliates contact each of their Affiliates with the same message and get their commitment to enroll One new member in the next 30 days. You will offer to do some three-way calls with them which will teach them to do the same with their people. A little record keeping will assist you here. Print out a copy of your Downline. For example, the first numbers (30) are workshop subscribers the (6) are members You can track the progress right in your back office accounting system. You can see the 6 turn to 7 as that person has enrolled their One new member

That's it. You have just set your system in motion, As you put your team effort in place it is not difficult to get a commitment from each person to enroll just one new member in the next 30 days. As a matter of fact we have people who have run this strategy in one week.

Results
So you had 100 people in your downline and now you have 200 right? . . . WRONG.

You have people in the first 100 who are still working on completing their first Eight enrollments and activity breeds activity. Plus, what is the first strategy we teach new people? The Rule Of Eight. You have 100 new people committed to enrolling their Eight or 800 people coming in to your downline, That is now a potential 1,000 person downline. Add to that the approximate 400 to come from your first 100 people who have yet to complete their Eight enrollments and you see the leverage you have just created.

* This is very important . . . . Remember once you have Eight affiliates, each time any of your affiliates enroll their Eight people you are paid again and they follow you into your "B" Matrix.

This would be a good time to add a third and forth item to your set-up list. If you do it now you are ready for the momentum this strategy will create. Put your Management Team in place and develop leadership by sharing some of the tasks involved as your and their organization grows.

* Step 2

Third, set up your management team This can be two or three people or as many as you feel you need for the size of your downline. You can also enlist the help from one or more of your upline support team.
* The final thing to do is set up your communication system. That can be done with e-mail or a special conference calls You will need to line up people who can do three-way calls and publish a list with times and numbers.

Remember we said above "any size marketing group can be doubled in 30 days or less?" In 2003, using the Rule Of Eight we started with 12 people and built a downline of more than 6,000 people in 90 days. Today it works the same as then. This is the quickest way to get your income over a 100K annual income and bring a lot of people to 100K with you. Can you see what leverage can do for you? .
