Just some thoughts on recruiting and team building. Most people feel they have to be a big recruiter to ever make any money in a home based business I happen to think differently!

Stop & think of our market first..... how many people do you think LOVE their JOB? How many people have all the time & money they need? Not many in either case right? Ok so we have a large market! Now think of your prospect for a moment.... He or she comes home from work after picking the kids up from day care, laundrys piled up, everyones hungry, needs to cook, clean, play with the kids, dogs gotta go out, phones ringing.....
When everythings done if they get the chance to relax & turn on the t.v to watch the news they are filled with negative happenings around the world! Now they can rush to bed so they can get up & do it all over again in the morning!!!

What kind of success to you think you'll have when you call during all this bliss with a sales pitch???????? It doesnt matter how great your opportunity is NEVER open your first call selling them anything!!!!! People dont care how much you know they want to know how much you care!

When calling a prospect, the very first & only thing you want to establish is a friendly hello, introduce yourself & see if they are interested in finding out more about improving their situation. The first call is only to build a relationship & determine desire!!!!!! If they seem open simply ask them to jot down your web-site & take a look at it, DONT EXPLAIN DETAILS! Make sure they have your phone number & email to get back with you with questions! Now that was fun & relaxed. Its much nicer to invite someone to take a look rather than SELL!!!!!!!!

Now that someone joins you, HELP them!!! Dont be a recruiter going after large numbers of enrollments leaving them all hanging wondering what to do next! You will be better off teaming up with your folks, this is about duplication & everyone doing a little instead of one crazy person doing it all. Dont set them up for failure!!!
